Custom Engraving: Production Time, Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Production & Delivery Time for Engraved Items
Merchandise to be engraved must be paid for at the time of order. You will be provided with a Proof, and engraving will not begin until you have approved your Proof and paid for your order.
Because every engraving order is custom designed, production time depends on the size of your order and the item/items being engraved.
Typically, an order takes 3-4 working days to complete. Large orders can take 1-2 weeks. Delivery takes 1-2 days to Southern California, and up to 1 week to the East Coast.
Shipping Charges on Engraved Items
We ship FedEx Ground, unless other arrangements are specifically made. (We suggest providing a work address if you are away from home during the day.)
We offer FREE delivery on larger corporate orders in and around the Los Angeles area.
You must be 21 years or older to purchase items containing wine or champagne. Adult signatures are required on all wine, champagne and spirit deliveries. Certain states prohibit the shipment of wine & spirits. You will be notified if your state has restrictions on the purchase of wine, champagne or spirits.
Payment Policies on Engraved Items
Merchandise to be engraved must be paid for at the time of order. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover over the phone. In our shop we accept these payment methods as well as checks and cash. E-mail is not encrypted, so please do not transmit your credit card number via e-mail, please call to place a credit card order.
Return Policy on Engraved Items
We will accept for return any NON-engraved merchandise purchased from our shop, still new and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. However, engraved, etched and/or personalized items may not be returned (unless we have made an error in engraving).
We guarantee every order for quality and accuracy and will promptly replace any order, in the unlikely event that it is incorrect due to our error.
